Our Commitment to You

  • To abide by the Migration Agents’ Code of Conduct administered by the office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (https://www.mara.gov.au), the body appointed by the Australian Government to regulate the Migration Advice Profession.
  • To act with integrity, honesty and openness in all our dealings with you.
  • To respect the confidentiality of our working relationship.
  • To return your telephone calls within one working day.
  • To prepare detailed applications within ten working days from the date you provide us with all the requested information.
  • To meet agreed deadlines and/or advise you in advance of our inability to do so and why.
  • To keep you fully informed on the progress of your immigration application from the day you engage our services to the day your application is finalised by the immigration authorities.
  • To confirm our fees in advance for any work to be performed, unless unforeseen circumstances occur, or there is a material change in relation to an application.
  • To request your cooperation to rectify any engagement issue related to our services.

 

Your Commitment to Us

  • To be open, frank and honest with us at all times.
  • To provide all the information we need to do the assigned work in a timely manner as agreed. (To protect the integrity of Australia’s migration program and deter identity fraud, it is an offence to provide false or misleading information, a bogus document or inaccurate identity information to support a visa application.)
  • To provide us with a time frame in relation to all applicants’ travel/work requirements to ensure we meet your needs.
  • To agree on our respective responsibilities and preferred communication methods.
  • To appoint a person with whom we liaise in order to maximise the quality and efficiency of our working relationship.
  • To be responsible for ensuring we have all the information we require, as instructed by us, to enable us to prepare and lodge a complete application on your behalf.
  • To inform us of any relevant contact you have with the immigration authorities.
  • To advise us of the expiry date of all visas that may be relevant to a case.
  • To agree to listen to any advice we provide, acknowledging you have the right to disregard our advice.
  • To advise us as soon as possible of any concerns you may have during the administration of any contract or engagement.
  • To pay our fees as agreed or within seven days of the account being submitted to you.
  • To give consideration to referring work to us, where you believe a person or organisation would benefit from our expertise.
